New characters begin with 50 Build, and new secondary/tertiary characters may have accumulated Build if the player has an Advanced Membership.
Players may choose to spend any of that Build at time of creation, or save it for learning skills at-event. If you would like to purchase any stats or skills in advance, please list them here:
