Community Action points system

About the system

DR:MI will be continuing our own version of the Community Action Points system at our chapter as a way to encourage players to lift each other and build the community. Players will be able to earn CAPs a number of ways, whether through participating in social media posts, donating to the Financial Aid Raffle, helping with early set-up, and more! You can then use those CAPs to add different things to our local game, from rumors to plot requests! Check out how you can spend CAPs below!

Rewards

Skill Teachers (50 CAPs): Have an NPC come out to teach your character a skill not easily found in town. Only one skill per request.

Skill Removal (50 CAPs): Remove one use of an Impact Skill or one tier of a Development Skill. Includes Profession Skills, but not Professions themselves.,

Induction (50): Request to have an NPC come out and induct your PC into a canon DR Live faith (does not include local cults),

Threat Requests (100 CAPs): Request to play a certain Zed, Raider, or Critter at your next NPC shift. These requests are subject to approval, and may need to wait until a later event if they don’t fit the plot’s theme. Apocalyptic Threats will not be considered.

Professions Teacher OR Professions Removal (200): Have an NPC come out to teach your character a single Profession and one related Profession Skill not easily found in town; OR remove a Profession. Removals must have a narrative reason as to why your character is unlearning it, and must be approved by staff. Professions can only be removed if all related Profession Impact and Development skills are removed using the Skill Removal tier.,

Mod Theme Requests (200 CAPs): Request a theme of a mod, such as a sailing, hunting, nature, Mortis, political, etc. Our writers will create a mod using said theme.

Mod Requests (500 CAPs): Provide a mod request with the following details. Our writers will take your idea and turn it into something fun and terrifying. We’ll reach out to you if we have any further questions. Mod requests are subject to approval, and tweaks may need to be made.
